of Terms |

1.1 |
Emirates
Net@ds Service: Net@ds service caters for the
needs of business who wishes to advertise their
company activities and promote their company
products on the Emirates Internet &
Multimedia Network - that includes Etisalat
& Emirates Internet & Multimedia Web
Sites. |

1.2 |
Customer:
Any individual or advertiser and corporate
customer who enters into an agreement with
Etisalat for provision of Emirates Net@ds
Service. |

Condition of use
|
|
The customer shall not use or
utilize the service for:
|
|
2.1 |
Advertise any criminal or
unlawful topics/messages/ideas that contradicts
with our social, cultural, political,
economical, or religious values of the UAE.
|
|
2.2 |
Advertise any activities that is
contradicting or conflicting with such
regulatory rules or policies that are issued by
Etisalat from time to time.
|
|
2.3 |
Advertise any activities that
interferes with the State’s policy/regime or
jeopardizing the State’s national interest or
bothering countries or any other country with
mutual interest or engaged in business with the
State or transgressing the basic grounds of
society such as customs and traditions be means
of criticism or otherwise.

2.4 |
Advertise any activities that
profane the sanctity of the rules of
decorum/conduct or have destructive effect on
youngsters/juveniles or include an invitation to
embrace/promote destructive principles.
|
|
2.5 |
Advertise any activities that
incite against/defiles Islam and its sublime
principles, precepts and practices in any way.
|
|
2.6 |
Advertise any activities that
spurs criminal acts or spreads the sense of
hatred and disintegration among the members of
the community.
|
|
2.7 |
Advertise any activities that
jeopardize the national currency or that throw
the State’s national economy into disorder or
confusion.
|
|
2.8 |
Advertise any activities that
related to private family secrets of individuals
even if the published material is true and if
the same may offend/disgrace whomsoever is the
subject-matter of such publications.

| 3.
Customer Responsibility |
|
3.1 |
The
customer shall abide by all the Terms &
Conditions.
|
|
3.2 |
The
customer shall be responsible for the password
secrecy at all times.
|
|
3.3 |
The customer shall abide by the advertisement
technical specifications.
|
|
3.4 |
The customer agrees to comply with all
requirements, legal or other and understands
that legal action can be initiated against the
User on breach of prohibitions.
|

3.5 |
The customer agrees to pay Etisalat in
advanced payment for his/her online
advertisement.
Payment should with 3 days prior to the
ad is served
|
|
3.6
|
The customer agrees that any delay in payment
will jeopardizes the service of the ad.
Moreover, it may cause a termination of
the ad. However
the customer will still obliged to pay to
Etisalat in Pro-Rata basis.
All unpaid advertising fees shall accrue
interest at the rate of 1½% per day until paid.

Etisalat Responsibility |
|
4.1 |
Etisalat
reserves the right to modify the Service's Terms
and Conditions at any time and without prior
notice to its Users. It also reserves the right
to add, change, delete or end the service at any
time. The service may be temporarily unavailable
from time to time for maintenance or other
reasons.

4.2 |
Etisalat
reserves the right to reject any advertisement
that is no compliant with the technical
specification or with the quality specification
|
|
4.3 |
Etisalat manages and controls the service.
|
|
4.4
|
Etisalat
reserve the right to delete at any time it deem
appropriate any advertisement that have/may have
any negative influences or does not abound by
the condition of use clause with no prior
notice. |

Disclaimer
|
|
Etisalat
disclaims all liability whatsoever, for any loss
of data howsoever caused including without
limitation, non-delivery, misuse or misdelivery
of for any interruption, suspension or
termination of the service. |
